We had a busy week and Halloween was a part of it. Our church had it's annual "trunk or treat" this year. I am no longer on the Activities commitee so it was more enjoyable. My chili didn't win...but I don't think anyone organized a contest. I did have an awesome trunk though! I got some of my old clothes and stuffed newspapers in them and I found a pirate head at Michaels for only $5. I even got dry ice for my cauldron but didn't know you were supposed to only put in a little water.. I put in 2 gallons so my foggy cauldron only lasted 2 minutes!!! ha ha next time I'll know better. This Halloween was warmer than most, so the kids had a better time. One neighbor even put on the best haunted house! Melissa had a football game at the NAU dome and they performed Michael Jackson's " Thriller". After trick or treating I drove there and barely made it in time to see her perform but I did and they even won the game. I let Natalie have a party the next night and she had 10 friends over. I ended up driving them around the neighborhood as they played "spotlight" Thanks Mason and Carrie for teaching them that game..They love it. Well, now that's over, it's on to THANKSGIVING....
