Grandma and Grandpa CowlingWe celebrated Claire's 2nd birthday last Saturday with a fun BBQ. We had lots of friends and their kids over and even my parents came up from Gilbert to stay the night. The kids played with water balloons, jumped on the jumper inflatable thing that the wind blew over into the fence an hour before the party and tore a giant hole in it. Brian got out the trusty duct tape and repaired it pretty good. Claire enjoyed blowing bubbles and eating lots of stuff I normally don't let her have a lot of. She was excited to have so many kids over to play and especially liked the presents part. She got a couple new baby dolls, Dora stuff from my mom, a stroller, cell phone, play food and dishes, My Little Pony stuff and she loves it all! We love having her as our little "la la" and are excited to see what this next year will bring. Happy Birthday Claire.

I am SO glad you got some pictures of her opening her presents without my kids hounding her. that was so weird how they wouldn't stay away! thanks for the fun party. I can't believe it's been 2 years!
