Trenton's 1st Pinewood Derby was last Thursday night. He was so excited and worked on his car with Brian for a week or more. They actually got online and printed stuff out on tricks to make your car faster. They got help from a neighbor with the graphite and weighing it, which most likely helped him do so well in the race. He came in 4th but if you ask him, he says I shoulda been 3rd! He has really enjoyed being in boy scouts and I think he is learning a lot. I hope he continues to do well in it and someday will get his Eagle Scout.

Great job Trenton! Those pinewood derby days go by too fast. I can't believe I'm actually saying this, but I miss them :). I sure enjoy your blog Heidi!

ahhh gotta love the pinewood derby! Spence missed our Derby to go up to Trenton's baptism.
