it was freezing cold out at Heritage Square in Flagstaff
Saturday night was prom and it was a pretty exciting event since I had 18 kids over here for the dinner. I didn't really know that I was hosting this until a couple days before but we were able to throw everything together fast. The kids all arranged for everyone to bring something so we did the salad and punch and everyone else brought stuff. One guy even brought breadsticks from the Olive Garden. Melissa and I met my mom down at AZ Mills a couple weeks ago and found a dress at group USA..after trying on about 50. My mom found this one. (She found last years too) I took it to a lady in Flagstaff to alter it and put cap sleeves on. Well, I guess this is what she considers cap sleeves. We didn't have time to have her fix it but now I can take it back and have the sleeves redone, although Melissa says there's no reason to since she won't be wearing it again. Uh, yes you will! She had fun and came home exactly on time. It was alot of work and I am glad it's over. I know I'll have many more proms to get ready for. Oh, and P.S. I actually did her hair this year.
